goodbye…

to all my Norwegian people. Thanks for all the fish…literally, thanks for all the good time…hope to meet you guys at some point in the future.

I am typing this from Frankfurt…to be more precise from my new studio…Crytek.

Following are frames from the last days in Oslo.

I got the zuiko 21/2 just in time before i left. All the photos were shot with this lens.

i had never seen someone eat a whole capsicum before…so…

waiting for the bus to arrive

had to test the new lens…is pretty sharp…but focussing is a bitch due to the wide dof, the frame above and this are both @2 and you can see the focus issue

saturday…sushi with Olve and Maja

on our way to teketopa…

…we came accross this…initially we assumed it was a stuffed toy…but as i got closer it started growling…

leaving teketopa…

and heading to Asker!!! for no particular reason…which couple of days left before i left…i wanted to see as much of norway as i could

got to Asker…

…only to be told that we would have to walk for 20 minutes before got to the house

the main street is Asker…pretty sharp wide open

later that evening…went to ulfs place

Daylight saving time…which was need after the insane night…which left ville and riikka on the couch

Was invited to have Raclette with friends…

Raclette is also a dish indigenous to parts of Switzerland, Wallonia and France. The Raclette cheese round is heated, either in front of a fire or by a special machine, then scraped onto diners’ plates; the term raclette derives from the French racler, meaning “to scrape”. Did the yearly Oslo tradition of walking down Akerselva with frinds…the most healthy thing done in ages.

Had some drinks with the gang at BLÅ as we said goodbye to Grant who goes on a 3 months vacation.

Watched UP at the Colosseum…the last third was a let down. Then had some steak for dinner.

back online, no thanks to Telenor who had blocked all ports except port 80.

its getting colder…winter is around the corner.

saturday was 24th worldwide sketchcrawl, we met up at frogner park

as usual i did not sketch but took some photos…which felt good

got lucky with this one

the kid was learning parkour

at the top people were chilling out…chilling out is good

this was Alex’s first sketchcrawl

lots of tourists

he was just chilling out with his kid

guillaume sketched and did some water color

maja and olve sketched

loved the fact that she stood out

torstein had arrived from bergen for a week at work and decided to do some sketch

while i pondered why people like to have their picture taken in front of “stuff”, ville smoked

soon it was time for dinner…olve had some fish

i had this chicken sandwich, which was awful

luckily i had also ordered a Crème brûlée
