Easter 2008
i hate holidays…i was not born with this condition…
as a kid i loved holidays…playing with friends all day…good times…
but it sux now…its not fun to be all by yourself…
so as easter approached…i was getting nervous…five days of boredom…
luckily for me…markus and helga were not going to austria or anywhere else…awesome
so this is what we did all easter
food and wine and some pictures…
markus and helga made some schnitzel
markus got busy taking pics of his lady
while einar was wondering how on earth did he end up eating with us…its a miracle..

the last day i made some bhaji…this was the recipe…because i am so hi-tech…i did not write it…take a pic and refer to that…awesome…no pics of the food though…also the grilled chicken i made is missing…
but you get the gist…all easter…we had good food and cheap wine…
