moved into my new loft…hate floor to floor carpeting
went to Ikea to buy some frames for some posters
chilled out on the rooftop
spent the entire of Saturday on the beach

Attended Fan Expo 2012, nerd fest. Bought some books and a Batman T-Shirt.

Went to Jethros for brunch and waited for a hour, but it was well worth the wait.

Attended Anomaly 2012, heard some nice stuff, saw some nice stuff, met some great people.

Checked out Granville Island. Touristy but nice.

helped Inge and Kenzo pack their stuff

and load them into the trucks

all done

the next day we dove to Amsterdam

took a lunch break

unloaded the stuff from the truck into storage

and drove back to Frankfurt

had dinner with the gang one last time

strangely enough…with Inge and Kenzo gone…it was finally Spring!!!

so i biked to work

and had wine at Friedberger Platz with Jules and Will

and took pictures

of them Germans

the next day met up with Jules and her mum dad and Will at Palmengarten

had a great evening with Antoinette and Nathan celebrating St.Patrick’s day

so we went skiing at Garmisch-Partenkirchen

this was the ride

its a pretty city

and we decided to stop and have some lunch

i had octopus pasta

and then we threw snowballs at each other…because that’s what we do

we had booked an apartment on a hill

which was reachable only via a cable car

Brussels 2011

Met up with Delna in Brussels for the weekend
Spent Christmas in Ghent with Kenzo, Inge and co

got front row seats on the ICE

walked around the city with Delna

saw some nice buildings

and people

this was the only sunny day

heading out for the Christmas dinner with Delnas friends

next day we traveled to Ghent

to meet Kenzo an Inge

for dinner

next day was spent in Antwerp

eating

and shopping
