What a week…a week filled with so many things…one of them being realization. Realization of the fact that…whatever happens…happens for the best.

I still have not figured out if there is something as destiny or not. Over the course of the next few weeks i am going to put some ideas to the test. Its more of…exploring new ideas and seeing where it leads me to.

It all started with me selling the tickets to NIN and TOOL concert. I was pissed, as it was my own doing…i wont go into details…as it will make its way to the blog soon.

So…i goto the metallica concert…and it was boring…dont get me wrong. I am a big Metallica fan…but it was not fun. Maybe its music that i like…dont care much of concerts. Strangely i liked the Hopalong Knut concert more than the Metallica one…go figure.

Also…i started cooking…in oslo…finally. I was a bit apprehensive…but things worked out quite well. I had made up my mind that…i had to treat D&S to some good indian food. And i guess i was able to make at least some decent food. We had Pulao, Grilled chicken and a bottle of white and red wine. Was good.

I will be watching harry potter tomorrow.

This friday was the last one of D&S as they will leave for Australia on thursday.

Amusing how humans work…what makes us tick and what makes us compatible…what makes me take pics of a select few people…over and over again.

Who cares…we had some great time together…good food…good wine…good music…good times. Sadly for us…time has run out.

And then there was 7. Six of us were all set to spent the weekend in the land of the queen with one of her fine men leading the way. Aaron was kind enough to invite us to Liverpool for the weekend. Apart from a bottle of water bing thrown at us from a speeding car the trip was awesome…in fact the bottle incident made it even more awesome…

Once i got my Visa to enter UK…we were all set to go in style…

We hopped onto a bus to take us to some airport far away from the city…we were set to fly by Ryan Air(read cheap)…sadly for us the bus driver was a bit low on IQ. Proven by the fact that he decided to take a leak in between the trip…in front of all the passengers…Eirik has it on video. We must put it on YT

Fact: Norway is rich that they build tunnels for cows…so that they can walk over them.

Once at the airport…check in/security/wait

The plane..it was all yellow on the inside.

Once at Liverpool…the awesome taxi..they are great, they feel like real taxi unlike the Automatic Mercedes found in Oslo.

We headed to Jessica’s house.

That night we went to an *Indian Restaurant*…the food was decent…they failed at nan.

Woah…good old Indian beer.

Next morning we had a proper English breakfast, which was really yummy.

Aaron had to buy some sunglasses…Norwegian girls like to wear oversized sunglasses…not the English

Shopping done we headed to The cavern club, which is a replica of the original where The Beatles played.

Later we headed to HAHA to have lunch…i had prawn(starters) and brownie with ice cream(dessert)…no main course…this was the most part of the trip for me…as i was being myself…

The next day we too a walk around the city and headed to the cathedral which is AMAZING…looks like something out of LOTR

We had fish and chips for dinner…it was BAD

After the horrid fish and chips we headed to The Jak to drink…we had some weird kind of cider…8%…tasted like wine gone bad.

Then we headed to some place…dont know the name…and had shots

Now the alcohol kicks in…and everyone is in a dancing mood…mission accomplished

The gang later headed to have some more bad food…i decided not to do it.

…i was at a local music thingy…where Rakel was playing with her band Apparently Not

Times like these make me want to go and buy a fast zoom lens like Canon EF-S 17-55mm f/2.8 IS USM or Canon EF 24-70mm f/2.8 L USM. All in good time…once i have enough money.
