Beautiful.
I find couples beautiful. Two people who care for each other and enjoying living with each other. Just waiting for my time.

Its not a question of if…its a question of when. This is what i said to someone person asked me if i will get a job outside India. Today i ask myself a similar question…will i find my better half…and all i can think of is the same statement, “Its not a question of if…its a question of when”.
Regrets?
Few months back when i brought my new camera… i was not so sure of the lens…the 28/1.8. Over the past few weeks…using it everyday…i am more than happy with the lens. The challenge is to get the focus at 1.8 due to the extremely narrow DOF. When you nail it…the quality of the lens shines through and the moment the image shows up on the LCD…it makes it all worth it. Its hard to explain it to someone who has never done photography. I keep hearing people say “are you from japan?”…due to the fact that i always carry my camera with me. Its sad when that happens…it shows how people are stuck to their preconceived idea of a day and life in general. Add a bit of surprise and they freak out. Dude with a camera…run for your life.
Work work…play play

After 3 weeks of working and absolutely no partying…this weekend was a refreshing(wtf!!! refreshing…anyways) weekend. Started with the usual Friday evening beers…i managed to have two bottles of Ringnes…certainly not one of the best beers money can buy.

A tough english dude

It was good to meet Martin…he is a father now…so less partying for him. The story is that, it was him who invited me to the first party (Olves bday) i went to in Oslo.

Later we were off to Vigelands park for a barbecue.

Joel gets a call from his better half

Water trapped in between glass in the bus

Eiriks better half, she has a 30D and 3 lenses!!! how often do you meet a girl like that…kickass.

Eiriks not able to keep his eyes off her. Lucky bastard…good for him.

The friday gang.

After taking a leak behind the bush we all headed off

This is the reason why i always carry my camera…

Had to leave early as the bar was not at center…so it closes at 1:00. Taxi!!!

Saturday i was invited by Kristina and Dag to their house for barbecue…as you can see its a very popular thing.

She does not like close up photos…

I like color…sometimes

Sadly…it got pretty cold…pretty soon. Pretty.

The heater was pretty much useless. Pretty.

Pink!!!

Pushing the camera to its limits. ISO3200, f/1.8, 1/30. The only source of light was the lighter…tough to focus with glasses…frustrating when you physical abilities gets in the way.

Oslo at night. 3200, f/8, 5. I pretty much sux at scenic photography and the lens is not really good at it. This one is for my sister.
Later we headed off to Smuget

There was some band playing covers.
